Remark: Passengers are requested to report at the departure helipad one hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the PTD (Ticket).
*If armymen have allowed, then on the same day, you can do the Trekking of 6 Kms from Panchtarni to Holy Cave for Amarnath Darshan, Otherwise the next day early morning.

- Neelgrath (Baltal) – Amarnath Holy Cave –Neelgrath (Baltal) helicopter tickets (Next Day Return – 01:30 PM – 06:00 PM *Sub. To weather condition).
- Yatra permits are included.
- One half day sightseeing of Mughal’s Garden, Srinagar (if time permits)
- All applicable hotel and transport taxes
Exclusions
- Compulsory Medical Health Certificate.
- Travel Insurance.
- Covid - 19 Test Charges
- Any sightseeing in Sonmarg, Gulmarg {Due to union problem}.
- Chandanwari, Aru & Betab Valley sightseeing in Pahalgam {Due to union problem}.
- Any meals other than those mentioned in our proposal.
- Any Airfare / Train fare / Horse Charges, Palkies Charges, cable car tickets etc.
- Any transportation/ sightseeing which are not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance fees to Amusement Parks & Boating charges.
- Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.
- Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
- Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, and vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
- GST @ 5% of the total bill amount.
Payments Terms
- For your reservations, we need some token amount in advance i.e. for Next Day Return Package @ Rs. 5500/- Per Person via Neelgarth route, for same-day return package @ Rs.9000/- Per Person via Neelgrath route And Rs.9000/- Per Person via Pahalgam route.
- *Balance of the payment will be when we will deliver you the traveling vouchers by email. Balance payment has to be done within 07 working days after receiving your e traveling vouchers. If your travel date is less than 20 days then you will have to pay full payment as an advance.

Remark
- 1) Instead of Srinagar Hotel stay if you require Dlx. Houseboat stay with 1 hour Shikara Ride on dal Lake then Rs. 800/- Per Person Per Night supplement cost will be applicable.
- 2) For Small Cars: (Non A/C Indigo / Desire / Etios/ Tavera) If you require A/C in your vehicle then
- Rs. 500/- Per Day supplement cost will be applicable.
- 3) For Non A/C Innova Car: If you require A/C in your vehicle then Rs. 1000/- Per Day supplement cost will be applicable.
- 4) Pls. Note: Tata Winger is not having A/C facilities so if you require A/C 8-12 Seater vehicle then you have to opt A/C Tempo Traveller, the supplement cost for A/C Tempo Traveler instead of Non A/C Tata Winger @ Rs. 1500/- Per Day basis.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- The booking stands liable to be auto-canceled if 100% payment is not received within 07 working days after getting your traveling vouchers or 20 days before your travel date whichever is earlier. In case of Non Payment - The received advance amount will be fully forfeited. On arrival payments at Srinagar/ Jammu/ Katra is not allowed. Helicopter Tickets will be delivered at latest before 02 days of your Amarnath Yatra.
- *An interest of 18% p.a. Compounded monthly shall be payable on all delayed payments. However, if the customer(s) fails to pay interest on delayed payments, the same shall be charged by the company on final billing.
